[Method] Upload videos of Family Guy without copyright strike

Ok so i came across a post where a user (maybearobot) was asking how are some people able to monetize long video clips of shows like Family Guy, American Dad, etc...
And i personally came across one of those channels a few days ago and i tried to reverse-engineer what those guys did and i succeeded in doing the same.

All i did was download 3-4 of one of these guys videos and re-upload them it entirely on my channel without cutting anything, just straight up reupload 3-4 of his videos. And guess what? No copyright notice, nothing, the channel is not monetized as of right now but still, it has been several days and the videos are up and running without any copyright notice.

Now for this to work I did some changes, this is the process :

1) The channel i uploaded the videos on is an "old" channel (2015)
2) When i download the video i use onlinevideoconverter (don't know if it affects anything but who knows at this point...)
3) When the video is downloaded i rename the video file to the future title of the video
4) Then i upload the video on my youtube channel and I change the title from the original video (duh !). For example, if the original title of the video was "Meg falls on the floor - Best Moments by Dr Harman" i change it to something like "Meg is Pushed by Stewie - Best Moments by *Insert channel name* ".
5) I then use TubbeBuddy to create a Thumbnail by using a still image of the video
6) And this is probably one of their secrets: THERE ARE NO TAGS . Neither the videos nor the channel have any tags. So when you upload the video, basically don't put anything in the tag section of the video or description, don't use the tags "Family guy" for example. Also recently youtube said in an interview that tags don't matter ...(yep it's true look it up) all that matter is the thumbnail and description.
7) Put the category of the video in "Gaming" (dunno why but this is what they do so...)
8)???
9) Profit

There you go, try it out and see if it works

Also if you want to create your own videos in the future :
1) Download an entire episode of family guy
2) Trie to use entire clips that are less than 10 secs (you can put more than 10 secs but better have them less than 30 secs) --> QUICK EDITING
3) Use a big zoom on the entire video so that it makes it harder for youtube to recognize where the original clip comes from.

It's still a matter of luck even without tags. If you're just ripping videos at some point it's going to get spotted.

LOL so I was gonna try this method with one of my monetized accounts, upload the video also put a watermark and zoomed in on the video and instantly got content id claim didnt even get a chance to put it on public and change the title
